Description

Yes, we have been blessed with yet another Tyler! Check out this incredible Burning Water 2K built in 2010. This killer instrument has a solid Alder body, with a total weight of just 7 pounds, six ounces (by my scale). It has a quartersawn maple neck with the Standard '59 neck shape which I measure at .860"-1.00" on this one. The luscious fingerboard on this guitar is Madagascar Rosewood with Tyler's 9.5" to 12" compound radius, large 6100 size fret wire and a 1 11/16" nut. The original owner switched out the Hot Laura single coils for two Dimarzio Area 61's which are matched up with the original Tyler Hot Retro humbucker along with volume, tone, mid-boost with (full) bypass button and five-way switch. While the Dimarzios sound great and are nice and quiet, I'm including a set of Tyler JTS2500 single coils if you would prefer to convert back to all Tyler electronics. This guitar also has the newer and better Hipshot locking tuners. I've just about run out of superlatives to heap on these Tyler Shmears. They play superbly, sound out of this world and look like nothing else on the planet. The Madagascar Rosewood board on this one just makes it even more special! This one is in fantastic condition too, with just light play marks on the pickguard in the way of flaws and the frets are in great shape as well. It comes with it's original Tyler G&G case, tools, paperwork and two lightly used Tyler single coils. This guitar is hot! Click the 'Buy Now' button and make it yours before it's gone!
