  • Description: Nice two-point Kay mandolin with assymetrical headstock cutout. Overall, good, playable condition. Very attractive sunburst with orange-flame pickguard. Rosewod board and mahogany neck. Neck was reset and frets were leveled and dressed. Someone 'sunbursted' the back and scratched a number below the replaced tuners. Otherwise, structurally sound but for a slight gap in the heel from the the neck set..heel is solid. Scale length is about 14", body is 10" wide and 2 1/2" deep. Pleasant and full woody sound. No case.
