Kumano Guitars has a workshop in Kanagawa, Japan, where handmade guitars are produced in small quantities, and according to people who have ordered guitars, it takes several years to complete. This 8 string model was custom ordered. This gorgeous model is a 16" full acoustic construction guitar with arch top back, spruce on the body top, and beautifully grained flame maple on the back and sides. Spruce wood is also used for piano resonators and violins, and brings out a beautiful acoustic sound. The magnetic sound is beautiful and expansive with Kent Armstrong pickups. This is a full acoustic guitar with the meticulous finish that only hand-crafted guitars can have.
