  • Description: Loud and burly 1983 Marshall JCM 800 2204 50 watt head. I’ve owned several of these 2204s and this one has to be one of the BEST I’ve heard in terms of clarity, crunch, overtones, and overall tone. The KT88s add an awesome low end to this amp that is just flooring! Effects loop added at one point, but the mod has been disabled and this amp has been returned to stock. 50 watts of pure rock!!! Year: 1983 Model: JCM 800 2204 Serial: 16591R Condition: Overall great condition. A few tears in the tolex, but otherwise clean. Modifications: Effects loop added at one point, but since has been disconnected and returned to stock. Input jacks replaced. Comments: Fantastic JCM800 for Marshall's glory years.
