Description

40s D-18s are our favorite guitars on the planet. This one is LOUD and and POWERFUL. Still with some factory shine, this all original hoss sings, growls, barks, and rings. This guitar is one of the very best in sight and sound that we have seen! Completely original parts, including the bridge plate. Original finish with no refin or overspray, no head stock crack, no heel crack, no pickup ever installed, no punctures. Only one tiny repaired crack, the usual B string. The instrument still has a lot of the factory shine to it. You are unlikely to find a cleaner post war D-18. No excuses or shortcomings to this one. The action is perfect, the condition is original, and the sound is jaw dropping. 9250 dollars.
