Description

The D-35 and the D-28 are what almost every other acoustic guitar is judged by.
Play a couple of chords on this D-35 and you'll know why.

Introduced in 1965 it quickly gained popularity for its 3 piece rosewood back, bound ebony fretboard and ebony bridge. By late 1969 the Brazilian rosewood back and sides were replaced with Indian rosewood. In 1985  the stationary T bar was replaced by the adjustable truss rod. Other minor updates have been made over the past 3 decades, but fundamentally a Martin D-35 is a Martin D-35.

It appears that the ebony bridge had been reglued at some point (There is a bit of disturbed finish in front of the bridge.) Aside from a little buckle rash the finish is in great shape, normal for its 15 years.

An active Fishman Piezo electric pickup has been installed with an end pin jack. The frets, neck and neck angle are just fine. It's ready to go.

Just waiting for you!
