1943 Matin 00-18 Excellent, Soft, $6,995.00

A much loved and oft-played wartime Martin, and as lightweight as can be. We sold this guitar about fifteen years ago and now it's back from the same owner and in the same beautiful shape. Shows playing wear overall but never abused, with not a single top crack and just a few very minor, much older tiny, barely visible back cracks, long-since solidly repaired. Neck reset some time ago and a fabulous crisp action for it, a true joy to play. Tuning machines appear to be from the 1960s (those wartime ones were a bear to use), and as clean and clear a tone as can be found, and LOTS of it; this Martin is loud. $6995 w/ssc
