John started working at Bourgois' Lewiston Maine facility in 2000 and has since moved back to Oklahoma to start building guitars under his own name. Over the course of building some 250 guitars John has honed his craft to the point where his guitars are some of the most sonically pleasing and beautifully designed and executed guitars on the planet. And his finish work is second to none resulting in an extra high lustre gleam that is beautiful to behold. This Walnut / Sitka beauty has a rich, complex sound with great tonal range and dynamics. It's great fingerstyle guitar and allows great separation and definition of individual notes. This is now one of favorite flattops in the store.
