  • Description: This new model Delphi single cone resonator guitar has the new NRP grey-burst finish on its steel body, strongly reminescent of the old Duolian frosted Duco finish. The neck is mahogany, with a simple, woodburned logo in the peghead. The fingerboard is unbound ebony (my personal favorite) with dot inlays. It has that perfect Delta tone- two big garbage cans lids lustily banged together. It has PLENTY of volume, be nice to the less fortunate. Playability is perfect for slide and fretted play, and a little sanding on the maple saddles would bring it down to all fingerpicking height. A nice instrument with depression-era looks at a nicer recession-era price! We sell 'em as cheap as they let us, which is $1935 (list is $2300.00). Get you one!
