  • Description: A joint project of National Reso-Phonic Guitars and Villex Electronics, this thin profile (~1/4'' thick), dual coil humbucking electromagnetic pickup attaches to the top of your National resonator guitar just below the fingerboard with double-stick tape. It has been designed to be slightly microphonic so as to capture some distinctive resonance from the cones. Cover is nickel plated with a National graphic engraved in it. Integral wire is attached to a standard 1/4'' endpin jack which may be routed on the outside of the guitar or routed internally with the jack installed through the side of the body. An extremely easy to use pickup that requires no permanent alteration of your guitar. Please note that you must have a space 2.8''x 1.5'' between the soundholes to accommodate this pickup.
