A Great Example of this hard-to-find Style D Model Tenor Banjo
from Wm. Lange's top-line Paramount Banjos.
Straight neck and lightly-played. Possible very-old over-spray.
Interesting bold fingerboard profile: 1 1/4" at the nut, 1 5/8" at the 19th fret.
The rim hardware is hand-engraved and silver-plated.
The wood marquetry trim on neck, rim and resonator along with the carved-heel and back-of-peghead, leaves
nothing to be desired in terms of refinement.
Large Page geared pegs with brass housings.
Totally original, one-owner instrument in the [pretty nice] original hard shell case.
