Description

This fine hollowbody guitar from the folks at Paul Reed Smith is an incredibly lightweight player with a fantastic sound! It sports a gorgeous cherry sunburst finish on its carved flame maple top and a thin red finish on the back and sides that really highlight the beautiful grain of its mahogany body. The neck is also mahogany and features 22 frets and pearl dot inlays on a rosewood board. The headstock features PRS tuners with ebony tuner buttons. The wrap-around bridge gives this guitar great intonation and the wide/fat shape neck is very comfortable. The dual humbucking pickups are controlled by a 3-way selector/master volume and tone and have a nice fat jazzy sound that is perfect for a wide variety of styles. It has a surprisingly resonant sound unplugged as well. Again this is a very lightweight guitar, coming in just a hair over 5 lbs. The top is in great shape and the only noticeable blemishes are a few small dings on the back and some scratches on the back of the headstock. There is also a small chip at the tip of the headstock. The frets have a little wear but still have plenty of life left and the guitar has been set-up by our in-house tech for optimal intonation and playability. Includes original hard shell case.
