The 1981-model Tokai Hard Puncher electric bass guitar embodies the best of the early '80s. Hitting heavy with an ash solidbody and a C-profile maple neck all painted in a gloss black finish, this Japanese-built bass has the ability to slay on the stage. A pair of powerful Tokai PJ-configuration pickups are installed, controlled by two volumes and a tone control.
This bass is in Fair condition, as there are scratches and marks noticeable all throughout the entire instrument, with some divits in the frets and a small paint chip visible on the back. There is an estimated 75% of fret life reamining. However, you get all of thunder of a monstrous bass tone designed from the heart of '80s style — with all of the tone and fun that comes along with it.
