Now that I have played one of these, I am embarrassed to admit that this is my first Thorn guitar. Wow! If you are looking for a superbly crafted, light weight, Les Paul - like tone monster, this Thorn Deluxe is the machine for you! This incredible guitar has a solid Korina body and neck with a total weight of less than 7 pounds! The neck is what Ron calls a "Fat '59" and it feels like it came right off of a '58 LP. The fret board is Brazilian Rosewood, with a 12" radius and 6150 fret wire. This particular Deluxe has a tremolo bridge with drop-in arm that adds to it's flexibility factor. Ron has given this guitar Wolftone Custom humbuckers and they really deliver that HB bite and sustain. I can't get over the craftsmanship evident with this guitar. You typically only see quality and playability like this on one-of-a-kind instruments costing far, far more. This guitar is in spectacular condition save for some light play wear in the black nitro gloss top, the worst of which is pictured. The rest of the guitar is in immaculate condition, frets included. A new example of this guitar will run you approximately $4,500. Get this black beauty for significantly less. It comes with it's black G&G tolex case, the trem arm, a superb black leather strap, the truss rod tools, an extra set of black tuner buttons and the spec sheet. This is a fabulous instrument for humbucking tones and it comes with a trem and superb electronics. This won't be my last Thorn guitar, I can tell you that!

Shipments to locations within the State of New York are subject to imposition of applicable New York Sales taxes. Trade proposals involving quality gear are welcomed! Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. A phone number at the shipping destination is required. Other shipping services, including express services and international shipping are available at our discretion, just contact us for a quote.
Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
