[Playing Condition]
The condition of the neck and wood has been inspected and adjusted by a professional acoustic guitar craftsman, and all parts are in good condition.
The neck has been straightened and tuned with no chatter or jamming, and the string height at the 12th fret is optimally set at 2.5mm on the 6th string side and 2.0mm on the 1st string side.The saddle protrusion is approximately 3mm.

[1 year standard adjustment warranty].
We will thoroughly inspect the product from the time it arrives and also check for any malfunctions, and repair or adjust the product as necessary.
This product will be delivered in good playing condition under normal playing conditions.
If you would like to have a setting customized to your taste or preference, we may be able to provide this service for a fee.
