  • Description: This is the latest and greatest instrument we’ve received from Luthier Erich Solomon. The Phi-Tomic has the big responsive tone we’ve come to expect from the Solomon guitars. Their instruments seem to maintain the the traditional percussive mid-range of a traditional archtop guitars, but the low end thump of a great flat top guitar. The Phi-Tomic European Spruce top has a unique diamond shaped center soundhole and a Mahogany back and sides. The pickguard and binding are made of ebony and have handsome green purfling. The Cherry neck has a unique asymmetrical headstock equipped with Waverly tuners. The instrument is finished in a matte French Polish.
