  • Description: John Suhr makes an outstanding guitar and all of his models are great. Every now and then a fantastic one comes along and this particular guitar is just such a guitar. Extremely resonant with wonderful, natural sustain, and beautiful tone. I wanted this one to have the early 50’s look and tone. 2 tone sunburst (thin skin finish), lightweight Swamp Ash body (weight is 7 lbs 1 oz), 1 piece Maple neck with a soft medium V profile (.840-.920, 9”-12” radius). Medium frets, 510 6-screw bent saddle bridge (steel block) with vibrato, 1.650 nut width, chrome hardware, Gotoh Kluson tuners, single ply white pickguard, JST V54’s single coil pickups with 5-way switch.
