1976 Travis Bean TB2000 Brown/Natural, Good, Hard, $2,850.00

Here we have an original Travis Bean bass from 1976 with a serial number of 559. The hand crafted thin Koa wood body has plenty of wear and tear from many years of playing but it plays and feels just right! It has a 33.25 scale with 20 frets on a rosewood board. The pick-ups and electronics are original and sound amazing with a well-balanced and solid sound found on very few instruments. The body has quite a bit of wear and the back of the neck has a number of scrapes and scratches. The tuners were originally Schallers although due to the lack of wear on the tuners on this bass we suspect they may have been replaced by the previous owner. It has a serial number of 599. This one features Travis Bean’s patented all-aluminum neck with the T-shaped headstock. Comes with hardshell case.
