Description: SOLD! This 1973 Marshall JMP 100W Super Bass head delivers real plexi tones via its 60's style point to point circuit known for legendary tone. These last year PTP amps are very similar to their plexi panel counterparts and blast real tube warmth & chime, drive, sustain + feedback. This amp just screams with its 100+ loud watts!! The amp's panels are in very good condition with no extra holes front & back, front has all its original knobs and the original tolex looks great as can be seen all around. Filter caps are new F&T, one pot + switches have been replaced though majority of the circuit is original. Someone at some point attempted to alter the Super Bass logo on back panel to Super Lead. Transformers are completely original and the amp was just serviced, ready to rock for many years to come. This Super Bass sounds absolutely incredible (clean example at that!) and will peel the paint off the walls with classic vintage authentic Plexi tones. Hendrix loved Super Bass heads for guitar due to their rounded extended lows etc...
