  • Description: ON HOLD!! This '69 Marshall JMP 50W Smallbox head delivers real plexi tones via its 60's point to point circuit known for legendary tone. These first year metal panel amps are incidentally identical to their plexi panel counterparts and abundantly ooze real tube warmth & chime, drive, sustain + feedback. This amp in particular is really a screamer!! The amp's panels are in good condition with no extra holes front & back, front has all its original knobs and the original tolex looks good as can be seen. Also, toggle switches, caps, one resistor and indicator lamp have been replaced. The inspection tag shows it was serviced in '85 but it has also had recent service and is ready to rock for years to come. Due to a crack along box's bottom edge which appears to have been professionally repaired and not visible when looking at it front & back, this absolutely killer of an amp has been priced significantly less... This JMP 50 model sounds absolutely incredible, to me just as great as its plexi counterpart, and is guaranteed to surprise its new owner with unreal tone...
