  • Description: Retrfofret Stock # 4347. Volu-Tone Tube Amplifier, c. 1936, made in Los Angeles, California, two-tone fabric finish. Height is 11 in. (27.9 cm.), 11 3/4 in. (29.8 cm.) width, and 5 1/4 in. (13.3 cm.) deep. Appears all original except for added phone jack (for use with non-Volu-tone instruments) in place of one of the original 4-pin jacks. Original Rola speaker and tubes. Original leather handle is gone, and there is some visible corrosion to the chassis. Power cord is original; we would recommend replacement for everyday use. Overall a very good example of this rare early amplifier. Generally Excellent Condition.
