With the addition of a mid-boost control, you can add a more aggressive "bite" to your sound & up to +12dB of mid-treble boost or you can also reduce the mid up to +12dB for a more modern "scooped" tone for your total tonal nirvana! The Mid-Boost Custom Shop version is the first offering from Xotic's Custom Shop and features a brushed aluminum face plate with BB orange lettering & accents, versatile mid boost knob and true bypass. The BBP-MB is capable of covering all the tones that can be obtained with the standard BB Preamp by setting the mid control at 9 o’clock. All hand wired and hand crafted in the U.S.A. Can be used with AC adaptor (optional) or 9V Battery.
