  • Description: Wow! A Lefty Yanuziello, with jaw-dropping looks, Fralin humbucking pickups, and tone for days! A chambered semi-hollow body with handmade hardware and custom-wound Lindy Fralin pickups, Joe’s guitars are versatile instruments that combine a retro look with modern playability. The body is constructed of a one-piece hollowed mahogany back mated to a bookmatched figured hard maple top. The guitar is bound in tortoiseshell celluloid and features a matching pickguard and headstock overlay. Finished in a deep, rich vintage sunburst, and highlighted by the shiny nickel-plated pickup covers and bridge, this guitar is nothing short of stunning! The pickups are custom-made Lindy Fralin DeArmond-insprired humbuckers, that offer up the sound of those great late 50's Harmony pickups but without the single-coil noise, and with modern string spacing and shielding. The bridges and pickup housings are completely machined by Yanuziello himself and designed entirely to the specifications that he requires for these original instruments. The bridge / tailpiece combo is infinitely adjustable, and mechanically perfect. 50's Gretsch-like neck carve with an ultra-comfortable round and somewhat chunky feel that us vintage guitar freeks just die for. Unbound quartered rosewood fingerboard with sea-snail position markers. nickel-button Waverly tuners and bone nut. Scale length of 24.75", nutwidth of 1-5/8". The tone is all vintage - imagine a combination of an early Gretsch Duo-Jet and a Harmony Stratotone – but without any 60 cycle hum! Vintage tone, vibe, and feel with the best of modern playability, and tasty luthier-built styling… that’s what Yanuziello is all about, and there’s nothing else like one of his guitars! With Custom Ameritage hardshell case
