    • We are six miles South of Washington D.C. in Falls Church, Virgina. We are one mile off Interstate 66 (Exit 70), the Route 7 Broad street exit (towards Falls Church-if coming from D.C.), and 2 miles inside the Washington Beltway at Exit 70 (Broad Street Route 7 to Falls Church). We are also 1 mile from the West Falls Church Metro stop in the rear basement of the Shreve McGonegal Building on N. West Street one block off Route 7
  • Bio: Action Music was founded in March of 1997 by Matt Baker. Matt has been involved in the guitar market for 25 years--he has worked in a variety of music retail shops, and in 1991 received repair certification At Bryan Galloup's Guitar Hospital in Michigan.
  • Brands: A large selection of used American guitars from Gibson, Fender, Martin, Rickenbacker, Gretsch, Jackson, etc. New Guitar lines include, Gretsch Guild , National, Trusssart, Jerry Jones, D'Aquisto, Great Lakes, G&L USA and others In EFX we carry Boss, Eventide, Fulltone, Zvex, Fuchs, Electro Harmonix,Demeter, Mad Professor,Loopmaster, Trailer Trash, Xotic effects, Dunlop, MXR, Homebrew, Carl Martin, Heavy Electronics, Option 5, Pigtronix, Solid Gold, Subdecay, Teese Wahs, Tech 21, T-Rex, Voodoo Labs. and others We also carry Fender and Allparts . In pickups we carry Seymour Duncan, Fralin, Dimarzio, JM Rolph pickups, Fishman, L.R. Baggs, McIntyre, Gibson, and Schatten Design.

    • Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, wire transfers, and certified checks. Personal checks are accepted but must clear our bank prior to any shipping.
    • Shipping: PLEASE READ THIS !!! We carefully pack and fully insure your instrument before shipping it with UPS or your preferred carrier. Internationally, we use UPS and BAX Global. We will also ship FED-EX or USPS upon request. CUSTOMER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPMENT!! We will not understate values or ship instruments as "Gifts" to our overseas customers so please don't ask. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, V.A.T. Etc. We reserve the right to refuse international shipments we feel are of high risk (i.e we don't ship to Indonesia) Thanks!
    • Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours to notify us about your return. YOU MUST CALL FIRST! Upon receiving the item, in the same condition as we shipped it, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card (if applicable), less shipping and a 3% restocking fee.
