• Policies:
  • Payment: American Guitar & Band accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders and wire transfers.
  • Shipping: All items shipped FedEx or US Post within 3 days of received payment unless otherwise specified or requested.
  • Returns: Return arrangements must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All refunds will be less shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card fees. You may use your refund for full store credit. The returned item must be shipped back in the same manner which it was received. If there is any damage to the item due to insufficient packing the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase price. We will not accept a return if the item has been modified in any way. Returns are not accepted on any Layaway items. Layaways are final sales. All Layaway and Custom Orders require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Returns are not accepted on any custom orders. Certain items are not returnable, including but not limited to opened software, reeds, recorders and harmonicas. Harmonicas can be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
