Hangtags. New old stock. Unplayed, pristine condition. Taylor says it cost $7000 when the dealer ordered it--3000 for the guitar and $3600 for the Brazilian. Taylor also said the same Brazilian Taylor, if ordered today would cost $12,000. Sounds orchestral. Killer Sitka spruce and first quality very straight grained Brazilian on back and sides. The rosewood is amazingly beautiful.

Great looking firestripe pick guard.
The L-00 line is known for the surprising projection from such a small economical box. A few cracks on the dark back and a neck set were stabilized long ago and the action is low. Overall fine condition.

Only the #3466 that I own has anything close to the perfection of this baby. Soundwise this blows doors off most resonators even with finger style action way low. (Most collectors know that volume increases with string height). The neck is straight.
The biscuit has room to go lower. The strings sound great.
The 3-piece neck is fast, a soft v-shap...

Has bluesier sound of Duolians. Steel does not take a high shine so the etchung is more muted but the condition is fine and the neck is gorgeous maple. Slotted headstock and 12 frets to the body. Highly collectable.

The wear is better than expected for a 60's instrument. Soundhole has finish scraped off treble edge. Above soundhole distressed area near fretbd from pickwear. Long repaired crack on lower bout of face that looks more like a surface scrape that doesnot go thru. Lots of crazing on front and sides but back and neck are smooth and relatively very clean. This guitar sounds great.

Unplayed. These are accurate acoustic guitar amps. Many recording studios use pairs of these as vocal monitors because they are so clean and reproduce without added color or distortion. I love that you can add a vocal mike to it and take it to a gig without needing a back operation. Has a kickstand. Over $500 new.

Cool crackling on top but no cracks, The back is a little worn with one very tight 3 inch vertical seam at the bottom of the upper bout. This guitar has mojo. I replaced the Kluson tuners IN THE PHOTOS with the appropriate authentic new ones, otherwise all original. New low price!

Last beat up green one I have, after selling 8 just like this one. Beat-up duolians are the most favored nationals by blues players. Like the one John Hammond uses. GREEN DUCO PAINT WORN OFF EDGES, NO DENTS, SOUNDS GREAT. SOFT VNECK plays well low action.

Recent neckset. One 2" dent on lower corner of back lower bout. some other very minor dings but SOUNDS GREAT. . Play wear at top of neck. Neck is straight Plays well for both blues slide and even fingerstyle. Headstock Decal is partly worn away. There is a wonderful zing at the finish of notes almost electric in feeling that only happens with tricones. Just back from the shop. It is a special guitar.
