    • Payment: We accept payments in Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cashiers Checks. International orders (wire transfer only)
    • Shipping: We generally ship UPS or FedEx and have accounts with both. We can ship with your prefered carrier.
    • Returns: All of our guitars come with a 48 hour approval period which begins when the shipment is delivered. If you would like to return an instrument, please call to obtain an authorization. When an item is returned, shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the returned item in the same condition that it was shipped, and inspected it, a prompt refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued. NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE 48 HOUR APPROVAL PERIOD.
