    We also sell and repair vintage jukeboxes, and will stock a few at a time depending on the time of year. Our vintage jukeboxes are fully serviced, and in some cases fully restored to Grade 1 collector condition.   • Comments: Every guitar and bass in our inventory is professionally set-up and adjusted for optimum performance. If you have a special request, we will do our best to set-up an instrument to your specifications. We will NOT SELL an instrument until it is carefully inspected and adjusted to play correctly. There are no suprises when your purchase shows up at your doorstep. We ship like LIGHTNING as soon as your payment is received, so expect to get your purchase very quickly.
  • Policies:
    • Payment: We accept cash, Paypal, (add 2%), money orders, bank wire transfer, and Visa and Mastercard, (add 3% for credit card for our bank's address verification fee). For Visa or MC, we can only ship to the exact billing address of your card as per our bank's policies. International customers can pay by money order in US funds, or bank wire only. Please allow 5-7 working days for an international wire to post to our account. Call us directly with further questions.
    • Shipping: For US orders in the Upper 48 States, we ship by UPS, so no PO Boxes please. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, or outside the US, we will ship by your choice of US Postal Service, UPS Worldwide, or BAX Global at your request. (Please note that BAX Global has a maximum insurance limit of 500 USD for musical instruments). Depending on where you live, US Post and UPS will have much higher insurance protection. Again, please call or email with additional shipping questions.
    • Returns: We have a 24 hour approval period on our guitars. If not satisfied, we will refund your money upon return of the instrument in the same condition as it was shipped out. International instrument returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. USA customers pay all shipping, insurance, bank charges and a 6% restocking fee. Amps and electronic effects are sold AS IS and are fully inspected and shopped before they leave here is good working order. There is no return policy on our amps and effects. Customers are responsible for all damage claims, but we will happy to assist you in any way possible.
