  • Comments: We have many customers abroad and receive inquires from abroad daily. If you have questions on the condition and specs of the guitar, please send us e-mail in English. Our staff at the store can not speak English, but we will reply within 2~3 days via e-mail.
  • Policies:
    • Payment: We do not accept credit cards from abroad. If you are interested in purchasing a guitar from us, we will ask you to wire transfer the money to our account and we will ship the guitar as soon as money is received.
    • Shipping: We can ship the guitar insured via EMS, or other shippers such as UPS. The shipping & insurance charge to US is about $250~$300 depending on a value of the guitar. Please inquire regarding shipping charges.
