Bio: Blues Angel Music, Pensacola, Florida's #1 Music store, was opened in August of 1997 by retired Navy Captain/fighter pilot Jim Destafney. We are a guitar specialty shop, dealing in used, vintage and new guitars, amplifiers, and accessories. We also carry some drum set, supplies, and PA equipment. We have established ourselves as the premier guitar shop on the Gulf Coast, and have the finest staff of guitar teachers in the area. We also offer instruction in Banjo, mandolin, dobro, harmonica and bass guitar. We have an extensive selection of music books and DVD's, and music instructional and performance DVD's for rent. Policies:
- Payment: We accept cash, check, money order, paypal and credit card payments (except amex).We do not accept overseas credit cards. Listed prices reflect a 2% cash, check or money order discount. Personal checks will be required to clear processing before merchandise is shipped.
- Shipping: We normally ship FEDEX Ground and USPS Priority, but we'll be happy to use whatever service the customer desires. All shipments must be adequately insured.
- Returns: All guitars have a 48 hour return policy. If the instrument is in it's original condition, a full refund minus actual shipping and handling, and a 10% restocking fee will be issued to the purchaser. Items that have been on layaway may be returned for store credit only (minus a 35% restocking fee).Purchaser must call store for authorization number before returning merchandise. No returns on amplifiers or effects pedals. No returns from overseas sales . All amps and pedals are shipped in proper working condition. Blues Angel music is a reputable and honest business. Our owner, Jim Destafney is a retired naval officer. Honor and integrity are extremely important to us. However, we cannot be responsible for amplifier malfunctions incurred in shipping. We pledge to divulge all of the amplifiers strengths and shortcomings prior to closing the deal. Our amplifier techs, Rick Hayes and Terry Jay are among the best in the country. Our amps are all thoroughly checked out and serviced as required prior to selling them.
