Please feel free to call us with any questions. Outside the USA / International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We offer a 7 day no questions asked money back return policy and 30 days full exchange. If up to 30 days after your purchase you should decide that the guitar, amp, or accessory is not quite right for you, you will be refunded in full with store credit that may be applied to anything in our store or even a special order. We’ve always got a great selection of guitars and amps in stock and are authorized dealers for nearly every major brand, so chances are we can set you up with something you’ll like! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if you have any reservations, please let us know! * Returns for money back are accepted up to 7 days after the initial purchase. * Returns for store credit are accepted up to 30 days after the initial purchase. * To receive full store credit or refund, the item must be retuned in the same condition it was purchased.
