Literally everyone who tries a good condition original is always surprised at how good these play and sound. Some shrinkage in the vinyl along the edge has been touched up by Diamond strings and doesn't look that bad at all. [ not nearly perfect ,but not bad] . some small cracks in the top plastic shell [ these have wooden 'inside 'bodies] . can also be set up with an ABR for better intonation with no mods .Original tuners , volume knob , bridge, and pickups. all works...

Not too many folks have had the plesure of playing an original Curbow bass. But I have been fortuneate enough to and these Cort made Active pickup clones REALLY come close. The biggest difference by far is the price. Bet you haven't seen this one before. Estrada was a Japanese company . From the looks of this [ suspiciously Aria-like] it could pass for a Gibson EB-1. it is actually a hollow body with indented painted on f-holes.
