    • Returns: RETURN POLICY: We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. All items, with the exception of special orders and custom shop guitars, are returnable (all Benedetto guitars are custom shop guitars). Return shipping, outbound shipping and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item was shipped free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. Any item for return must be in it’s original/undamaged condition, with no wear, scratches, nicks or damage of any kind. Please email dreamquest@socal.rr.com for an RGA (Return Good Authorization) number within 7 days of purchase of any item you wish to return. The item must be received back by us within 7 days of issuance of the RGA number for any refund to be issued. The original receipt, and reason for the return, must be included with the product. All original packaging and paperwork must accompany the return. This includes the shipping box, internal packaging, hangtags, manuals, uncompleted warranty card, accessories, etc. All items must be unmarked. If any portion of the warranty card has been completed or filled in, a refund can not be issued. The RGA number must appear on the return-shipping label on the outside of the box. Please attach a shipping label. Do not write on the manufacturer’s box. Return the item insured for the full value. We cannot be held responsible for items returned that are damaged in shipping to us. Keep a copy of your shipping receipt with the tracking number. Credit Card and Paypal purchases will be credited back to the appropriate account. All other forms of payment will be refunded by company check. Allow 7 days from receipt of return for inspection and refund. If an item is damaged in shipment to you, please email us immediately. We will arrange for the shipper to pick-up the item from you. The claim form will be filed by Dreamquest Specialties LLC. We may need your assistance with specific details of the damage. All packaging, etc (as stated above) must accompany the item for carrier pick-up. When the claim has been approved, you will have the option of replacement or refund. A refund may be denied if this procedure is not followed.
