    • Payment: We accept Most Major Credit Cards, (add 5%), as all prices listed are cash discounted. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Bank Wires and Personal Checks (Items held until funds clear). We gladly accept Trade-ins. Please feel free to e-mail or call with any questions or to request additional photos of any item
    • Shipping: We offer a 24 hour approval period on all mail order items,(see above return policy segment) except amplifiers( no returns for any reason). Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will ship via the carrier of your choice but we will not insure nor will we be held responsable for items shipped via US Postal Service. Please call or e-mail with any questions or to request additional photos. We will be glad to provide an in-hand desciption of any item.
    • Returns: All returns require a return authorization prior to return shipping. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be returned via the same carrier and shipping method as it was originally shipped. Damaged items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. All Items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Any Item that has been sold face to face are considered final sale as the buyer has the option to decline on instrument at the time of sale.There are no returms accepted on any instrument altered by the buyer. No returns on international shipped items.We do not accept returns of amplifiers for any reason, once sold they are very sold...
