  • Bio: Some of you may recognize my name, John Reynolds, from my time as Vintage Instrument Manager at a well known east coast vintage instrument store. In January of 1999 I, after 8 1/2 years and with some regret, gave notice so I would be free to launch Golden Age and bring my clients the same level of service and expertise they have come to expect from me.

    • Payment: We are happy to announce that we now accept Mastercard and Visa! We also accept bank checks, money orders, wire transfers and personal checks. (Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.)
    • Shipping: UPS is my preferred method of shipment, but I can ship via the carrier of your choice. All shipping and insurance charges are to be paid by the purchaser.     • Returns: We gladly offer a 3 day approval period on all purchases, which begins when the item is received by you. Your full satisfaction is guaranteed! All purchases may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and insurance charges, for any reason. If you wish to return an item, please notify us first, repack it with the same carton and packing materials and insure it for it's full purchase price. All returned items must be returned in same condition as when originally shipped to you. All credit card orders cancelled prior to delivery are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee.
