  • Bio: In business since 2006, we have sold over 4000 guitars to musicians in over 30 countries. Best of all though, we aren't primarily an online business. We're a local guitar shop. We don't have a warehouse where guitars are stored in boxes... we have a showroom where we inspect the guitars, people hold them, play them, and give us feedback about them. You'll never receive a guitar from us that hasn't been played by someone on our local shop team... we go through every instrument to make sure it looks, sounds and feels just like it is described in our catalog. We sell New, Used and Refurbished gear. Every listing in our catalog will explain which of these types the guitar or amp is, and any blemishes or issues that may be present with the guitar.

    • Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Card, Paypal and Postal Money Orders. We can also arrange for inbound wire transfers, and have an in-store financing program that allows up to 12 months of interest free financing through GE Money (application required).
    • Shipping: We ship domestically using Fedex Ground, and internationally using USPS Priority or Express Mail. All of our guitars are safely packed using our many years of packing expertise, and we fully insure them against damage.
    • Returns: We understand buying a guitar is personal so we allow you 30 days to return the item for an exchange for credit toward any item(s) in our stock. Terms and Conditions of Returns: (1) In the case of shipping damage, you agree to cooperate with damage claim so that we can maintain a case with the shipping carrier (2) You must ask for an RMA number; it must be received back in the same condition (3) For new merchandise, warranty coverage and replacement directly from manufacturer applies first (4) Exchange credit will be given toward in stock items. (5) Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return The 7 day return period does not start until you receive the item, and runs through the date that we receive the guitar back (in other words, the time lapse will be the difference between the two delivery dates, as independently recorded by the shipping carrier(s)
