  • Bio: We're a small enterprise located in Northern Virginia offering discounted after-market guitar parts from all of the big distributors/suppliers (Allparts, WD Music and a number of other brands) as well as used and vintage guitars and guitar parts. We can offer anything from Allparts, WD Music or other major supplies at discounts of 25-40% off their posted website prices.

    • Payment: We accept Paypal on most US orders. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks and wire transfers. On some international orders we will also accept Western Union payments. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal.
    • Shipping: Items are shipped via US Priority Mail or US Priority Mail International (unless otherwise agreed). Some orders may require between 4-11 days of handling time prior to shipment if the item has to be ordered from our suppliers. We are happy to use alternate shipping companies (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.) if you have an account with a company and wish to make shipping arrangements independently.
    • Returns: Most items can be returned within 3 days of receipt (exception: no returns on "closeout" items as they have substantially reduced prices). Returns can be for refund or exchange. Shipping is not refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well (exceptions only when item is damaged in transit or when there is a mistake in an order (i.e. incorrect part sent in error)). There is a 15% restocking fee on returns.
