  • Bio: I have been fascinated with guitars for the last 40 years and have been actively collecting and trading acoustics, electrics, and amplifiers for 35 years. The guitar that lead me down this path was a 1943 D-18. Who knew this would be the enduring guide for a life in music? Presently, I engage in the business in a modest way, but I also play in 'Albuquerque's Own Western Swing Band: The Curio Cowboys'. We use vintage and period instruments from my collection and ones I have unearthed for the band's members. We do have a good time. This is New Mexico's most 'Haimish' Guitar Shop!
  • Brands: Currently in house: Alhambra, Santa Cruz, Bourgeois, Baden, Eastman, Fender, Collings, Martin, Epiphone, Gibson, Gretsch, Givens, Huss & Dalton, New World Classical Guitars, Franklin,Loar, Recording King, , and G&L, guitars and Victoria Amps, AER amps, Phil Jones Bass and acoustic guitar amps, Schertler Acoustic Amps, and amps from Fender, Tungsten, Alpha-Omega, and an odd assortment of personal treasures. We also have new mandolins by Loar, Old Wave, Eastman, and Brian Cook. Lanikai ukes are also featured along with a terrific selection of small goods and strings.
  • Comments: Many new and 'lightly' used instruments. Oh, "low mileage" instruments, in near mint condition, are becoming our specialty.
