    • Payment: All invoices, shipping and insurance charges are prepaid by customer prior to shipment. Pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Certified Check or Wire Transfer.
    • Shipping: We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer. Various freight companies are available for large, oversize items.
    • Returns: We stand 100% behind the products we sell, and have a 50 year old track record to prove it. You have 24 hours to accept or return your merchandise. You must call and obtain an RA# prior to returning your merchandise or it will be refused. You will receive a prompt, full refund less all freight. No approval period on layaway items. All amp sales are final.
