      NOTE: Your gear will be shipped within 5 business days of your payment clearing our bank Paying through Credit Card can take up to 3 business days to clear. There is no delay for Direct Bank Wire Transfer.

    • Shipping: SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE: The buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. All offers and counter-offers are for the price of the guitar only. They do not include the price of shipping and handling. Shipping costs are what they are, and will not be deducted from the sale price of the guitar. No exceptions.

      All items are professionally packed to insure the safe arrival of your gear. There is a $25 non-refundable handling fee applied to all items. Inlow Guitars uses UPS to ship throughout the United States and Internationally. If you have an account with UPS or any other carrier, we'd be happy to apply the charges to that account.

      International customers, please be aware that your country might charge a customs fee. We have no control over those fees. Also keep in mind that your shipment might be delayed by customs, so international delivery times can only estimated, not guaranteed. We will not alter customs forms. Don't ask.
