      An 8.75% sales tax applies to all sales transacted and/or shipped within the state of California. If the item is shipped anywhere in the World outside of CA, sales tax does not apply. Please note: while we are very familiar with the customs charges and duties fees of most countries, we are not responsible for such. Please research your own country’s shipping restrictions and taxes prior to purchasing.
    • Shipping: Being located in the heart of Downtown LA’s illustrious Art’s District, we have the faculty (i.e connections) to do direct commercial drop offs at the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) major commercial annex in Los Angeles. This enables us to maximize parcel transit safety while we minimize travel time. All sales include FREE USPS Priority Mail service at no extra cost. Though we are enormous proponents of USPS and their high-quality service, we also have business accounts with both UPS and FedEx, and will gladly ship via the method of your preference. We ship all items with new packing materials, and we are famous for going above and beyond to ensure the safe arrival of your item.
    • Returns: Los Angeles Guitar Shop firmly believes in it’s entirely online sales platform. Yes, we have a very nice warehouse facility from which we work, and we understand that the majority of our customers will never have the opportunity to come and visit in person, this is why we designed, and proudly offer, a 14-day no-questions-asked, no-excuses-needed, return policy on all purchases. At Los Angeles Guitar Shop, we are the only online musical instrument store to standby our sales motto, which is “Buy It, Try It, and if you don’t like it, Deny It.” As long as the item is returned in the same condition, we will gladly fully refund your purchase. In addition to being specialized online sellers, we are musicians as well, and we understand how sensitive and personal an instrument can be to any particular player. There will never be a substitute for playing, feeling, hearing, and seeing an instrument with your own hands, ears, and eyes, that is why we have drafted a return policy that allows for such. Re-stocking fees are frivolous and unnecessary, and we don’t believe in them. As long as the item is safely returned in the exact condition it was delivered, there are no additional charges, (other than the industry standard return freight expense.)
