- Payment: Payment options that do not cost extra are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cashier's Check or money orders (and of course cash, just don't send it in the mail!). We also accept PayPal for an extra 3% of the purchase price and personal checks, but items will not be shipped until PayPal transactions are complete and personal checks clear.
- Shipping: We don't ship C.O.D. Our regular shipping method is FedEx Ground, fully insured. This is the most economical method; however, at your request and for additional charges, we will ship all other forms of UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Be sure to provide an e-mail address so that we can send you any pertinent tracking information. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes!! Shipments must go to an address where a person can sign for the package. If not, we advise to have the item shipped to the nearest carrier's terminal for pickup.
- Returns: All purchases come with a full 48-hour evaluation period after payment in full has been made. An extra 24 hours will be granted during the winter season to allow the contents to reach room temperature before opening. This, of course, excludes time in transit (i.e., if you get it on Monday, your evaluation period starts then). If you're not completely satisfied with the instrument, it can be returned using your preferred carrier for a full refund unless other arrangements have been explicitly made. To return an item, you must first call your salesperson for a return authorization. The instrument must then be packed in its original carton with all accessories and paper work included and shipped back to us. ALWAYS INSURE IT FOR THE FULL SALES AMOUNT!!! Remember, you are the responsible party for the package and are taking full responsibility for the item in case of damage or loss. If the item is damaged while in transit, we will notify you, but you must file a claim with your preferred shipper. Once the item is back and we have determined that it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges. If the item is not in its original condition or is returned after the normal evaluation period has expired, re-stocking fees and other charges may apply at our discretion.
