  • Bio: We were one of the first dealers to sign up with GBASE in 1995.In fact,we have actually been with GBASE before anyone that works at GBASE now.We have been in business since 1992.When you order a guitar from us, you will know exactly what you are going to receive before you open the case.We take a lot of pride in describing our guitars.We will even demonstrate anything for you over the phone.

    • Payment: All prices listed on our site are cash prices.We accept POST OFFICE MONEY ORDERS,Bank checks-(which could take up to 10 working days to clear) and BANK WIRES.25% non refundable cash deposit will hold anything for 30 days (sometimes 60 days). We must both have an email agreement about any extension of our layaway agreement. If not, there is a penalty of 15% immediately 1 day after agreed to original balance day.Then another 10% added on each week until balance is paid. We take VISA,DISCOVER & MASTERCARD.All prices quoted include a 3% discount for cash or money order only. We ONLY accept US Postal Money orders for amps and effects(sorry). Credit card info must be called or faxed in.We ONLY accept BANK WIRES or POST OFFICE MONEY ORDERS for ALL sales Outside the U.S.A.

    • Returns: We have a 24 hour approval period.You must first call within 24 hours to receive full credit(minus shipping costs)then after our inspection,we will immed., send you your refund.You must ship the item back fully insured the next business day(and send us the tracking number). We do not have any approval time on layaways, amps or effects. If a customer cancels an agreement after confirmation, there is a 25% restocking fee.We do not do credit cards with amps or effects. We do have a restocking fee with a return if you use a credit card. International Customers please note: Any additional fees including duties, VAT or any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser & are non-refundable.
