This very rare guitar-banjo was made by Gibson in 1927. It has survived in amazingly good condition, with all parts original except a replaced tailpiece. It has an 11" maple rim, mahogany necdk and resonator, and brass hoop tone ring on a 3/4" thick rim. It has an area of strap burn on the resonator, dents and dings and some capo marks on the neck back, but all hooks, nuts and hardware (except tailpiece) are original. This Gibson L-48 was made about 1948. It is an all Mahogany guitar with a Rosewood fingerboard. The guitar exibits lot of laquer checking, and a little finish flaking here and there, and a few dings, but NO cdracks, breaks or repairs. It is set up with nice low action, the neck is straight, and the truss rod is functional. It sounds ridiculously good- loud and punchy, while it plays with ease. This Martin OM-1 is built out of Sitka Spruce and Mahogany. It is finsihed in Natrual matte laquer. The neck is mahogany, the fingerboard Rosewood. It has a long (25.4") scale, skinny braces (1/4" instead of the normal 5/16, so it is very responsive. The nut width is 1 3/4". There are only a very few minor dings, which don't even showe up well in the photos or real life. This very early 1993 Brian Setzer 6120 is crafted in Flame Maple. It sports two supertrons and a Rosewood fingerboard and bridge on it's all maple neck and body. In 1992, Ren Ferguson of Gibson Montana (who builds a fine guitar- I had one of his J-185s that was a great guitar), built five Advanced Jumbos in his garage out of Adirondack (red) Spruce and Brazilian Rosewood. This 12 Fret D-28 is constructed of Sitka Spruce and BRAZILLIAN ROSEWOOD.
Made in 1966, it has had work done by Martin, much of it, and a Martin Repair center (replaced pickguard). It sounds magnificent, just a great guitar. It had it's neck reset, was refretted, and had a 3" side crack invisibly repaired (we saw it on the inside). Here's a great G&L ASAT Classic in Light Swamp Ash with a Maple Fingerboard. It is new, still with plastic on the pickguard. NHo dings, dents, damage of any kind. The Ash has nice grain, and the color is georgeous, which you really can't tell from our pictures, sorry. It plays beautifully, as do all our G&Ls. The pickups are Leo's take on the classic Tele pickup, but with hotter output and a spread magnetic field. Very Nice! This is a great price- it's been here awhile.

This all solid wood mandolin is built and spirit varnished by violin builders in China, mostly by hand. The woods, spruce for the top and flamed maple for the back and sides are not supposed to be quite as nice as the 815, but the top on this one, the top is really tight parrallel grained Spruce with silking and cross grain, which makes for a fine instrument when it grows up.
