- Returns: We offer a 24 hour approval period. Please call A.S.A.P. if you have any questions or find a problem with the instrument. If you are not satisfied with the instrument we will make a full refund minus the shipping charges and credit card fees. You must call first to obtain an return authorization number prior to returning the instrument. All returns must be insured for the full sale price of the instrument. Failure to insure the returned instrument will void this return policy if damage occurs during the return shipment. The instrument must be packed in the same carton with the same packing materials and must be in the same condition in which it was sold to be eligible for the refund. There is a 3% restocking fee on credit card purchases, and customer must pay return shipping on free shipping promo guitars.
