    • From I-95 or up-state (Columbia, Greenville, Charlotte, NC): Interstate 26 to end on old Charleston peninsula; take Mt. Pleasant exit over Arthur Ravenel Bridge (huge, you can't miss it to your left). On down slope stay in right 2 lanes onto Coleman Blvd. Go through 3 traffic lights. Get into right lane after 3rd light and quickly come to older strip ceter on right - Peach Orchard Plaza. We are the far end corner store. From Florida via US 17 South: Follow US 17 across the old Charleston peninsula following the signs for Mt. Pleasant via Arthur Ravenel Bridge (you will see it off to your right). Once across bridge follow same directions as above. From Myrtle Beach via US 17 North: When you reach the I-526 overpass, go on under and take the on-ramp (to right) for Chuck Dawley Blvd. You will be on a freeway for only a very short distance and will be carried down onto a 4-lane highway (Chuck Dawley). Follow that highway to it's end at Sea Island Shopping Center (Piggly Wiggly on left); stay in the far right lane and go through the yield sign onto Coleman Blvd. Follow Coleman Blvd. through 3 traffic lights and across the Shem Creek bridge (a small bridge). You will encounter another traffic light almost immediately on the other side of the bridge. Go straight through that light then get into the left lane and turn into Peach Orchard Plaza (older strip center) on left. We are the near corner unit.

    • Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards. For out of town customers, credit card numbers can be given over the phone or through e-mail. All card number records are destroyed after sale posts in bank account. We accept bank wire transfers, cashier's checks and other personal or business checks and cash. We do accept trade-ins.
    • Shipping: Orders are packed and shipped immediately after payment posts to bank account. Guitars are prepared by loosening strings and restricting movement inside hard cases. Cases are then put into guitar shipment boxes with additional padding around case inside box to restrict case movement. Small items and parts usually ship same day or within 24 hours. Guitars usually ship within 24 to 48 hours depending on destination and particular type of instrument shipped. Amps require special packing and handling so occasionally require an extra day or two. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as available from freight company. We use FedEx and UPS. We recommend insurance for full replacement value. Shipping and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged.
    • Returns: Returns are accepted through a fair and equitable "Return Authorization" process. Buyer must contact store by phone, fax or e-mail. Returns can be as money back (through whatever process was used to pay the order), store credit or exchange. The instrument must be found to be different or somehow misrepresented from that which the photographs and written description implied. Losses due to instruments being damaged by shipping must go through the insurance claim process stipulated by freight carrier. Buyer is claimant. Seller will assist buyer with claim as possible for successful claim by buyer. Return packing, shipping and insurance (insurance required) costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We have been buyng and selling on-line and shipping to all 50 states, Europe and South America since 2004. We have had NO NEGATIVE BLOW-BACK or damaged instruments. Our goal is serving our customers' needs in such a manner as to create repeat business.
