Owners STEVE ELLER and wife DIXON ELLER invite you to visit us at our physical address or online. SMACK GUITARS is independently owned and operated by musicians for musicians, from beginners to seasoned players. Our staff is polite, personal and attentive yet not pushy.     • Payment: We accept all major credit cards, debit, as well as, cash/money orders/cashiers checks. If you have a question or concern please call Steve at 281-499-7128. Items special ordered require a down payment before order and the delivery time frame will be explained on a case by case basis. We will go the extra mile for our customers.
    • Shipping: We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible. We provide shipping through Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and DHL. All product must be insured for our protection and your peace of mind. We charge actual shipping charges.
    • Returns: Our product goes throught a three stage QC process to ensure the highest level of quality, supported with dated photos of packing inside and outside. Defective items can happen on occasion due to shipping or other issues. Just contact us and we will resolve those problems immediately. Abuse by the consumer is not covered in our return policy.
