  You may or may not know that Sweetwater Sound got its start back in 1979 as a 4-track professional recording studio. Today, Sweetwater offers products from hundreds of the best names in the music business. We built Sweetwater from the ground up to be a great place to do business with a knowledgeable sales staff, affordable prices and dependable after-the-sales support that's second to none.

  Every guitar and bass that arrives at Sweetwater is inspected by one of our guitar experts before it gets added to our inventory, and each bass or guitar goes through an extensive 55-Point Evaluation Checklist before it ships out to your door! From our door to your door, your guitar is secure, safe and sound.
  
  A Perfect Environment:
  Instead of hanging on a store wall for months where they can be "played," our instruments are safely stored in our clean, climate-controlled warehouse.

    Sweetwater does not collect sales tax for purchases made from outside Indiana. Most of the time we ship via FedEx Ground. We may also use other carriers, such as UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.     "No Hassle" Return Policy:
    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sweetwater. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (30 days or so). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
    
    Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, power supply, trem bar, etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or may be subject to a restocking fee. Used gear must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased.
