    • Payment: We accept all major forms of payment.
    • Shipping: We prefer to ship via UPS ground. Pricing is determined based on current UPS rates and the size and weight of the package.
    • Returns: REFUND & RETURN POLICY Instruments and amplifiers have a 48 hour approval period. Union Grove Music must be notified with in the approval period if the instrument does not be your expectations and you would like to return it. The instrument must be shipped back to Union Grove Music within 48 hours of requesting a return. The instrument must be shipped back in the original packaging in the condition the instrument was received; including any all papers, warranties and tags. The return shipment will be at your own expense. Once the instrument is received by Union Grove Music, we will refund the purchase price less outbound shipping and a 3% processing fee.
