  • Policies:
    • Payment: All Payment by wire transfer, cashier's check, personal check, or postal MO. Cash accepted for local pickup only. Payment must CLEAR before any item will ship.
    • Shipping: Buyer will pay all associated shipping packing and insurance costs. Weights and measurements supplied for large items. All items shipped either UPS or USPS, Insurance REQUIRED. Courier service available for items over 25K. at buyer's expense and discretion.
    • Returns: 48 hour approval, item must be returned in same condition as shipped (buyer pays return).

VIS Policies Availability: We have a constant turnover due to our large client base. We also market our items through sevearl internet and physical methods. As such we retain the right to buy or sell solely at our diiscretion. We try to keep updated, but availability can change quickly. We do not hold instruments or offer layaways. Consignment: We consign and sell a large variety of instruments. Although we offer the most competitive rates in the business, terms can vary on a case by case basis. Please ask. Accounts Payable: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all purchases, consignment payouts, refunds and other miscellaneous accts will be paid at the end of the last week of each month. Refunds: We offer a no fault 48 hour return policy. The buyer will be refunded the purchase price. Shipping to and from are the buyers responsibility. All items must be returned in EXACT condition they were sent, including packaging. Failure to conform to this guideline will result in either refusal of refund or a 15% restock charge. Instruments that have been modified, altered, taken apart, or returned in any other than condition sent will be assessed this charge. If an instrument requires repair, setup, or cosmetic attention after return, these charges will be applied in addition to the restocking charge of 15%.
